European Forum on Music 2023
Traditionally held every two years, the European Music Council (EMC) Forum is one of the most important conferences of the music profession. After the World Forum in Paris in 2019, the 2021 Forum was cancelled due to the virus situation: the Budapest event was a huge success, attracting more people than the Paris one. The three-day event, held at the House of Hungarian Music, also included the 50th anniversary general assembly of the EMC, as well as board meetings of the International Music Council and Jeunesses Musicales.
